  • Messages from selected Slack Connect channels
  • User information (names, email addresses) for participants in synced channels

We only access channels you explicitly select for syncing. We do not access private channels, direct messages, or channels you have not authorized.

2.3 HubSpot Data

When you connect HubSpot, we access:

  • Contact records for matching Slack users
  • Company records for associating conversations
  • Deal records for linking conversation context

2.4 Payment Information

We automatically collect certain information when you use our service, including:
